Grumble. Also known as Screech Worm, Grumble will chase you down and deal damage if you run into it in The Mines. You'll run into it at Door 150 (The Nest) after the Seek chase. Since there's no way to avoid it besides using a Glowstick or Bulklight to distract it, your best chance is to evade it.
