Refuse & Recycling. The Village of Cary has contracted with Flood Brothers Disposal for refuse and recycling collection. Hours of Collection. 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. All solid waste (refuse, recycling and landscape waste) must be at the curb for collection no later than 7 a.m. Groot will not return to collect items that were not at the curb at 7 a.m. Service Days for each quadrant: Monday: North of Oakton St. & West of Arlington Heights Rd.
Groot will provide curbside collection of e-waste on your collection day for a prepaid additional fee. Residents must call Groot 24 hours in advance at (630) 892-9294 to schedule collection of e-waste.
Residents having a refuse, recycling, or yard waste issue should first call Groot at 847-734-6400. If the issue is not resolved, residents should then contact the Village online or by phone at 847-658-2700.
