I received an email prior to my trip that I had to call their customer service center as the details of my trip were modified (but they didn’t specify how). Turns out, my trip was canceled and I had to stay on the phone to reschedule it.

24 cze 2022 · We arrived at Port Authority and to our gate waiting on our bus to board. At 6:30pm, a random Greyhound employee who was outside on the dock informed us that our bus was canceled. We went to the information center to ama about this and they advised us to go to Greyhound customer service.
