Greyhound is almost useless where I am. One round trip a day, headed south at 1PM and Northbound at 11PM. Another bus company called Concord Coach serves the same station, has lower fares, and has five round trips each day.

The customer service representative refused to refund or transfer me. I was essentially robbed by Greyhound, and stranded at their station. A warning to anyone who chooses to travel this way - if anything goes wrong with your trip, Greyhound will NOT help you.

8 sie 2024 · Thru and thru, this company is a scam operation. There are few passengers because of the disease risk. They still cannot get it together. Had to wait 15 hours because a driver called in sick. Highly incompetent management.

We went to the information center to ama about this and they advised us to go to Greyhound customer service.
