9 paź 2023 · When creating a company file that requires Intuit account sign-in, the Admin email address field is uneditable and displayed in a greyed-out state. In addition, once you have completed all the necessary fields with asterisk, you can proceed by clicking the Create Company button.
27 wrz 2023 · The Email field will be grayed out when you sign in to your Intuit account before setting up the new company file. To be able to enter the email address, you can sign in later (2 or 7 days) and proceed in creating a company file.

Pending Accountant changes usually cause these errors, but don't worry, we're here to help you solve this issue. Some steps require you to remove the Accountant's Copy Restriction. You can't undo this.
