SMALL CLAIMS LIMIT AND FEE SCHEDULE CHANGE. Effective October 1, 2015, the Smalls Claims limit will increase from $7,500 to $10,000. The filing fee for claim amounts from $7,500.01 to $10,000.00 will be $196.00. Effective immediately, Small Claims Mediation is now voluntary.
