Im just about to hit 87 slayer (finally) and am just looking at the drop rates for when i get a kraken task. To get the best chance at first trident wouldnt it make sense to go for the smaller cave krakens and have a 1/200 chance of an empty trident and just charge it up compared to the bosses at 512 which could take quite a few tasks to get one?
Kraken Tasks: bad XP rates, but chill task, and decent gp if doing the boss. I'm already 99 Mage, so I don't care for Magic XP.
Drop rates estimated based on 470,800 samples from the Drop Rate Project, unless otherwise cited. The average Cave kraken kill is worth 3,560.92 . The average Cave kraken kill while on a Konar task is worth 4,897.49 .
TLDR: what can i do to sustain myself longer at kraken before i have to bank and spend another 25k?
This article contains the Optimal Quest Order shared by Slayermusiq1. You can loosely use this order to check which quest you should complete next, or follow it strictly if you’re a returning player looking to be as efficient as possible!
