Hit 19 (2d8+10) bludgeoning damage + 9 (2d8) cold damage, and the target is grappled and restrained (escape DC 25). For the duration of this grapple, creatures take 9 (2d8) bludgeoning damage at the start of each of its turns.
The MM lists the Kraken as Gargantuan in size, which basically means that its as big as you want it to be. That said, I want to give you the heads up that the Kraken from the MM will be a pushover for a party of level 20 characters, and will be an absolute joke if the characters get magic items.
Great Krakens. If at least 2 people are present within the Second Sea's Rough Waters, it will spawn a Great Kraken instead. Each person that participates in spawning a Great Kraken has a cooldown of ~15 minutes where they can't help in spawning other Great Krakens.

Unlike a regular Kraken, it will only spawn if there are 2 or more players in the Rough Waters' zone at the same time. Each player adds additional HP and damage to the Great Kraken. It has the same drop rates as the normal Kraken, but a Devil Fruit of the rarity Rare or above is 100% drop chance.
Mid-Tier Kraken encounter. Just wanted to share my idea for running a kraken encounter for a party of level 5-10. Instead of using an actual kraken statblock, each tentacle uses the Giant Octopus statblock and the mouth/body uses the Giant Shark statblock.
