The guy spent the first 30 minutes telling how it TOTALLY wasn't a scam and oddly handed me a laminated (and dusty for some reason) piece of paper showing their BBB accreditation lol. Ironically I was MUCH more suspicious after that than when I walked in.
Approach it from a great attitude perspective where you are in control of your life and your decisions, not Grant Cardone. I figured out by his video it was a scam, just because his 'supposed' live stream was conveniently scheduled within under an hour. I watched his stream and read the comments.
My understanding is by you investing with Cardone capital, your investment is helping him pay off his building. In return he sends you a check. It’s as if you go and buy a $100,000 house with $20k down, rent it out to a tenant, and you might get $500 in cash flow each month.
