On mine, I put 125 in Basic Attacks and 125 Ki Blast Suppers, 84 in KI and 42 in Stamina, and the rest of points in Health, for the QQ bang I strongly recomand +5 on the Ki Blast supers as it's the best stat of a Frieza race

Your QQ Bang should ideally boost Ki Blast, Ki, Stamina, HP and Basic Attack. Ideal transformations are Golden Form and Beast Form. Golden Form boosts Ki Blast damage and changes your basic range attack into a fast beam attack. Beast Form boosts all damage and recovers Ki faster.
With frieza race, you can use the SSJ3 goku z soul that give XL ki blast boost while golden. The extra ki generation in gold form is enough to gain even through the ki drain of that soul.
