12 cze 2020 · There's certainly no excuse for file-deletion without warning, ever. You should be able to recover the files from the recycle bin though, if you haven't already emptied it... unless OpenIV just outright deletes things completely.
Click here to jump to that post. You have to use OpenIV to manually drop the files into the appropriate directories. Also if your mod adds to the DLC packs you need to manually append the folder name to dlclist.xml (which is located inside update.rpf, so you need to use OpenIV to browse).
30 kwi 2018 · However, seeing as it's a .oiv file that you can only install using the package installer, I have no idea how to get rid of it, the only thing I can think of is loading a backup of my mods folder, but I have no clue if it has modified anything else.
Good luck, take your time and have fun! Use https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/gta-v-modding-launcher to create a vanilla profile that will move all the mods to a different profile. Verify your game files in steam once the vanilla profile is active/default.
I think the best way to do this is using the "mods" folder provided by OpenIV, removing everything and starting again. You also can make backups of the RPF files before installing something, so it's easier for you to "disable" a mod. 1. Reply. Share.
