Grading rubric for a Group Project Project Proposal and the System Analysis and Design Deliverable Rubric Teamwork (25 Points) The team worked well together to achieve objectives. The TeamUP Rubric was developed to teach and assess five domains of teamwork skills through peer feedback. Initial evaluation of the five domains and use of the TeamUP with health and arts students has provided initial support for its utility as a measure of teamwork.
Professor Montoya’s total grade for the project combines a group grade (75%) and an individual grade (25%). The individual grade is based, in equal parts, on how each student’s teammates evaluated his contribution to the group and on the quality of the feedback he provided to them.

This summative (graded) assessment is graded by the instructor using a marking rubric which has been shared with the students on eClass in advance (i.e., before the task has begun in Week 1). The marking rubric focuses on the content of the created website and is based on learning outcomes.
