When I play the game I get around 30-40 FPS. I have a Ryzen 3 1200 and an RX 580 4GB. My GPU has a little LED to indicate if the fans aren't spinning, and this LED is turned on when I'm playing the game. This means that I'm getting only 30 FPS, yet my GPU is doing nothing, which is really weird.
