A Race is an integral part of an FIA GP2 Series/FIA Formula 2 Championship race meeting, forming the main focus of each race weekend. GP2/F2 conduct races in two formats, a Sprint Race, staged on a Saturday after qualifying for Formula One, and a longer Feature Race on Sunday before a F1 Grand Prix.
The FIA Formula 2 Championship is a second-tier single-seater racing championship organized by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The championship was introduced in 2017, following the rebranding of the long-term Formula One feeder series GP2.

Calendar & Results for the FIA Formula 2 2024 Championship: The Road to F1. The eighth FIA Formula 2 season is set to begin in Sakhir, Bahrain on 29 February – 2 March. The Championship will visit 14 different venues, including a maiden trip to Lusail, Qatar, with all 14 Rounds taking place in support of the Formula 1 World Championship.
