Pretty much any Latin grocery in the US sells Goya brand frozen passion fruit puree. Mix 1:1 with 2:1 simple syrup to make the exact same passion fruit syrup used by many top tiki bars, to include Latitude 29.
I’ve only tried the Coco Real, so I can’t comment on their passion fruit purée, but I don’t care for the Coco Real. Personally, I’d ask for Goya. The stuff is super cheap, at least here in TX. It was like $1.75 a pouch and that was enough to make about 16oz of syrup. Not to mention it tastes amazing!
