9 lut 2024 · Download and print the revised ATF Form 4473 for firearms transactions, effective from February 1, 2024. The form includes changes to reflect new statutory and regulatory requirements for prohibited persons and NICS responses.
If more than three firearms are involved in a transaction, please provide the information required by Section A, Questions 1-5, on ATF Form 5300.9A, Firearms Transaction Record Continuation Sheet. The completed Form 5300.9A must be attached to this ATF Form 4473.
An ATF Form 4473 is also known as the Firearms Transaction Record form. Licensed firearm dealers must complete this form when they may a lawful sale. Failure to complete this form is a violation of federal law.
