5 lis 2023 · Apple made this change for a reason, to ensure we ALWAYS know when an app is using the camera and microphone. GoPro needs to either update their firmware to let use a GoPro as a standard USB / UVC WebCam, or they need to update their App to work with the latest video libraries.
I am having an issue with the gopro webcam app where I try to launch it and nothing happens. I have tried all the possible solutions I have seen and nothing seems to work. My computer is detecting my go pro if that helps.
If you have windows 11 and have downloaded the GoPro Webcam App, you might find when you plug in your GoPro Via USB-C that the App can't find your GoPro Device (GoPro 8, GoPro 9 & GoPro 10) - the reason why the App can't find your GoPro is because this is a Driver Problem.

To update you have to download and install the GoPro App on your mobile device. Keep your camera battery fully charged and pair the camera with GoPro App. Once both are paired follow the steps shown on the screen to update automatically.
20 cze 2021 · I have recently tried connecting my GoPro Hero 9 via the GoPro Webcam app on my Windows 10 PC and have found that in the preview it comes up with a black screen, if I go into OBS or Discord Video Testing it comes up with either a black screen or the GoPro Webcam logo.
