For email, if you are an active employee, retiree in the Microsoft environment, or student, you are required to use Exchange Online (EO) for email. If you have access to Gmail due to another constituent group, it is restricted from sending and receiving.
Microsoft 365 Mail App (Exchange Online with a Web Browser) Go to the Virginia Tech Microsoft portal. If you see the sign in screen below, in the Email or phone text box type: VTusername@vt.edu. Click Next. If you are shown the Pick an account screen, click your vt.edu account and click Next.
