I was with Google Fi for almost 6 years, and I do not recommend them to anyone. My experience with their customer service is nothing but a nightmare. Recently, I changed the wireless service provider and accidentally deactivated the account before the number was ported over.
The service itself, though, is pretty solid in LA. Just make sure you bring your own phone. Don't ever buy a device from the Google Fi store, not matter how good the promotion is. You're screwed if something goes wrong with your order or delivery.
10 sie 2022 · Unfortunately, Google Fi doesn’t buck the trend when it comes to poor customer service. You can find a slew of complaints online, especially about payment issues, long waiting times, and inconsistent answers. But Google Fi is a young company, so there’s still time for it to turn around and establish a positive reputation.
