Google Chrome is downloading files by default inside its folder in Android/data/media/com.android.chrome. The problem is, this folder is inaccessible through any file manager and this is really a frustrating situation, because the downloaded files cannot be accessed from anywhere else but Chrome > Menu > Downloads.
