First publicly released on 25th Dec 2020 as a passworded 7z file, a few months before the big 2021 GoldenEye XBLA leak, the password for it was only posted a few weeks after that big leak.
Download the GoldenEye ROM here: https://en.softonic.com/download/goldeneye-007-xbla/windows/post-download Extract all files from the 'GoldenEye 007 XBLA.7z' file into the 'Xenia' folder. Connect a controller:
