Gold miners is my go to for breakfast in Folsom. It's a great old school diner type restaurant. food is consistently good and service is always outstanding. My last visit I ordered the chorizo scramble and it was delicious.
Found this small cafe on Yelp after picking up my GF following her medical procedure. She needed food, and Gold Miner Cafe was close and had many great reviews. It is located off busy East Bidwell Street in Folsom in an ugly strip mall.

I recently visited Gold Miner Cafe with friends and had an overall satisfactory experience. The food was decent, and while it didn't blow me away, it certainly fulfilled my expectations. The service was also alright - nothing exceptional, but no major complaints either.
