No. gog-games.com provides pirated copies of games, hence is not affiliated with GOG.com. You have to manually download the patches to update your game.
Many times I've been able to find the most current version here versus gog-games which had been a patch behind. There are other sites to acquire GOG games (1337x or Archive.org or others), but I recommend testing the GOG installer legitimacy.
