With Summer arriving, I just wanted to share this with everyone getting calls from Goettl about their “complimentary” service where they come look at your AC for free. They are huge scammers and will attempt to sell you a 2 star unit at higher than a 5 star price. They wanted over $18,000 for an AC for a 900 sq ft home.
I've heard these kind of complaints about Goettl from multiple people over the 25+ years I've been in LV. I would never use them just based on personal anecdotes, no matter what the paid Google reviews say.
Management tells their techs that there is at least 3 things wrong with every AC unit in the Vegas valley. They come to your house under the pretense of a cheap rejuvenation then will attempt to sell you something. Their "techs" are not techs, they are salesmen.
