It draws questions directly from the text and then, at appropriate junctures, provides an overview of the emerging historical periods of the Old Testament. The workbook is dually designed. It can be used as a

This Survey is designed to ease Christians into the Old Testament. It covers most of the OT books in a roughly chronological order so as to give the historical context, and where possible points forward to the New Testament. However, it is not a heavy study.
The Age of the Great Patriarchs – God made and renewed His promise to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He chose the children of Jacob (Israel) as His own people and gave them the land of Canaan (Palestine, the Promised Land, the Holy Land) as their inheritance.
