I recommend you play God Eater Resurrection and God Eater 2 Rage Burst before you continue playing GE3 because for me those are the better games. GE3 is really good, but it's mechanics are a downgrade from the first two games in my opinion.

God Eater 3 is a good hunting game, altough not a perfect one. The RPG structure focused on equipment and allies' growth allows to stage great hunts against giant monsters in a post-apocalyptic world. It is also possible to share everything both on single and online playing.
I have gotten a collection of 3 God Eater games (Resurrection, Rage Burst and 3) and have been playing Resurrection a lot. I feel close to the game (Rank 10 missions) and was unsure if I should play 2 or skip it and go to 3.
