Fort Lee, VA - Gate Hours, Map and Status. There are seven gates at Fort Lee. The Main Sisisky Blvd Gate is open 24 hours and is located just off Oaklawn Blvd near I-295. Lee Ave Gate is the location of the Visitor Control Center (VCC), and is open 0500-2000, M-F; 0600-2000 on weekends/holidays.
