This unit is a plug-in unit that is designed to unlock features in the radios while the vehicle is moving like: * DVD / Aux Input Video * XM Category Scrolling * NAV Destination Input * NAV POI and Route management * Unlock Camera / Backup Camera in Reverse Input * OnStar Dialing
OK Gen 5 Lockpik update. The jury is still out. It was finiky to get the DVD to keep playing while driving. Kids wanted to watch movies on the 3000 mile road trip. OK the manual states to press the mute button 4 times to activate. Well it took me like 10 tries to make this work.
