26 lut 2021 · Look at home>settings>system>update. It should tell you when your tv was last updated. If that date coincides with when this behavior started, you may have been affected by one of Roku's untested updates. A lot of peoples' antenna-tv experience was degraded by 9.4.
25 paź 2021 · Here are some troubleshooting you can try: Go to Settings on your Fire TV. Select My Fire TV. Select About. Select Check for System Update. Use the power cord or adapter included with your device to plug the Fire TV device. This ensures Fire TV has access to enough power.
Anybody else been having an issue lately where the channel guide will only partially load or not at all, often resulting in a sort of softlock when you try to scroll through the guide? It seems to mostly happen after I turn my TV back on after it being off for a while.

But any attempt to move up or down from Channel 100, or to use the Guide, makes it go to Samsung TVPlus, and 'Ketchup', and all the channels available via that service - which I do not want...
12 lut 2024 · What that means is something on your Roku or TV is not capable of, or not set to 4K. When I move my Roku from my 4K TV to my 1080p monitor I get that message. Make sure your TV is 4K capable and set to it, on your display settings.
My ATV4K is working normally with the new guide. Hmm — if you haven't yet, I'd suggest unplugging your Apple TV/router from power for ~30 seconds to clear out any bad cache. Also try reinstalling the app to ensure everything is up-to-date.
2 sie 2020 · Just got the TiVo Stream 4K. Enjoying learning what it can do but notice that in the guide some of the native (not Sling) channels don't seem to work. If I click them I get a full screen Tivo+ logo briefly and then return to the guide.
