Find your cruise and then book through the cruise ship company directly. It's the same price. We booked from Vacations To Go and were upgraded to a higher priced cabin without our knowledge.

Type the Airline confirmation code from lucky2go into the airline's website and search up your itinerary. It works. I may be really late in adding to this thread, but half the comments in here made me doubt that my ticket purchase was real, and that it was a scam. Lucky2go is legitimate. Ignore the comments that say otherwise lmao.
I've had some misfires with bad agents, but overall good; get the best deals/perks through them. Their insurance is good coverage at good prices (this has been enough to sway me to them over others actually). I find their search and price comparison, while looking very 1997, pretty easy to use.
