Glocks are also popular firearms among civilians for recreational and competition shooting, home- and self-defense, both in concealed or open carry. More details here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glock
Mine would be my P-01 with CGW's Pro Package. It's currently at Wager Machine getting the slide milled for a HS507K which will only make it better. I just picked up a P-10 C and I've already installed a HS508T, OP TAC Trigger / NP3 Striker and an Apex Enhanced Slide Release... It's no slacker either.
Just picked up a Glock 29 as my EDC, What’s the community’s honest opinion on these? Welcome to a thousand opinions. “if you seeing me in the woods fighting a bear HELP the bear” I love my 29. Was my EDC for years. Get the Pearce +2 extension for it. Bigger and harder to conceal then they appear. Not a “subcompact” as glock claims.
I think you're talking about this video on the Thompson and mp40 from Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. Very interesting video, and probably the reason the Glock feels better in CS2.
Whether you run and gun in practical shooting, grind birds in skeet/trap, or punch dime-sized holes in benchrest, this is a place for you. CZ Shadow 2 vs Glock 34 vs Other for Newbie. I’ve shot guns for years (mostly striker fired pistols) and even did a couple IDPA matches 15+ years ago.
First 2 trips to the range I put 500 total rounds thru it and everything was okay. I bought a Glock Performance Trigger and dropped it in over the weekend with no issues. Did a function test and everything was good to go. Today I took it to the range and put 300 more rounds thru it.
The shadow 2 is a competition tuned version of the SP-01. Not 100% sure it's drop safe, while a regular SP-01 is. A newer shooter is almost assuredly going to be better with the shadow compared to a glock just because of the massively improved trigger and weight of the gun.
