1 cze 2021 · For Carry Optics division in USPSA and IDPA I recommend the Glock 17 gen 5 MOS. I prefer the MOS guns because they come with all the plates you'd need to use virtually any optic. If you're new to the game it gives you plenty of options.

23 sty 2022 · Following the directions for install is critical to ensure they stay in place. I set the grip tape exactly where I want it, then heat up the grip with a hairdryer to get the grip hot, grip the frame as hard as I can while pressing from all angles, then repeat three to four times.
28 paź 2007 · My USPSA Production setup is the G34, Dawson adjustable rear sight with FO front, stock Glock extended controls, Vanek production trigger, 13# ISMI recoil spring on a stainless steel captured rod from Custom Glock Racing, Trugrip and lots of rounds downrange from by 550B reloader.
Glock Parts SSP (Stock Service Pistol) allows the shooter to change sights and grips, tune the trigger, and do accuracy enhancements i.e. after-market barrels. IDPA allows the use of GLOCK OEM extended mag releases and slide stops, but similar after-market parts are not allowed.
28 wrz 2015 · For a little over a year now, I've been using a Gen 3 Glock 19 for IDPA and occasional USPSA competitions. I've been doing fairly well with it, but at some recent practice sessions, three different people let me try their Gen 4 G34s after I first ran the stages with my G19.
12 wrz 2019 · Moved from TX to Florida and the group I’ve fallen in with is mostly running Carry Optic. I built this to my own preferences. Gen5 Glock 34 (9mm)- the gen5 is lefty friendly and has a small (but important) magwell built in & factory front serrations. On top is a Trijicon SRO with 5MOA dot.
