19 wrz 2024 · At this time, Magpul has plenty of options for 9mm Glocks, including a 140mm, 21-round GL9 magazine that’s legal for the USPSA limited class and a 170mm, 27-round magazine for IPSC competition. The magazines are almost entirely made out of reinforced polymer, which makes them tough and stiff.
The selection for Glock PMAGs is decent; there are 21, 17, 15, 12, 10 (Cali Compliant for G19), and high capacity extended 27-round magazines all available. Unfortunately, the selection is strictly limited to 9mm though.
10 wrz 2024 · The priceless nature of human life means I would choose OEM Glock magazines, which do cost more than the PMAG GL9, 100 out of 100 times over the GL9 for my primary defense pistol, but for every other use case, the GL9 mag is a go in my book.
I’d grab some PSA micro dagger 15rd mags. The PSA mags don’t require you to switch out the mag catch to a metal one & seem a bit more reliable. There’s been many mixed reviews on the SA s15s having different problems. There’s even a +5 mag extension for the PSA mags made by Excess Arms to hold 20+1.

19 wrz 2023 · The magazine is a hybrid construction - thin metal like Shield but a polymer cover on just the front where the magazine catch is. Using the factory catch eliminates one more factor that could be causing my problem. I purchased one of these: PSA Dagger Micro 9mm 15 Round Magazine to try out.
