10 kwi 2018 · The Glock 30S and Glock 30SF are Gen3 only. The G30S is a G30SF frame topped with a slimmer, lighter slide and smaller O.D. barrel originally designed for the G36 single stack 45ACP pistol. I suggest taking a look at the post linked below for more info comparing these three models in greater detail.
If you are more interested in concealed carry guns with heavier calibers, Glock has two most suitable weapons for you: the Glock 36 and the Glock 30 Gen 4. Both guns have .45 auto caliber to ensure higher accuracy and better reliability.
12 lip 2017 · If you had a chance to compare another Glock Model Gen 3 and Gen 4, you would at least see what I'm talking about. If you can compare a G3 19 and G4 19, you'd at least get a feel for the difference in texture and mag release.
24 paź 2011 · I currently own a Glock 30SF. I did a comparison of the technical data from the Glock site. The only real difference between the two is that the G36 is 4 ounces lighter (unloaded, 6 ounces loaded), 0.1 inches thinner and carries less ammunition (which accounts for the weight difference).
10 gru 2022 · G30sf- smaller diameter grip feels better in hand, slide is full thickness, still feels like a brick in your waistband. G30s-slide is approx same width as a doublestack 9, much more comfortable IWB, also used Smaller SF frame reducing grip diameter. Winner.
26 lip 2021 · The Glock 30S, SF has a slide that is taken from the Glock 36, and it is thinner and trimmer. The nickname used by Jim Rawles for the Glock 30S is the “Glock 30-Skinny”, and it is his preferred carry gun–often with a 13-round Model 21 magazine and a “filler” ring.
1 lut 2021 · It’s honestly capacity vs. fit. The 36 is going to give you the 10rd capacity but as it is double stack, it might not fit your hand as well as the single stack 36. I have a 30SF and love it.
