24 paź 2011 · I currently own a Glock 30SF. I did a comparison of the technical data from the Glock site. The only real difference between the two is that the G36 is 4 ounces lighter (unloaded, 6 ounces loaded), 0.1 inches thinner and carries less ammunition (which accounts for the weight difference).
1 kwi 2016 · The 30sf is a smooth shooter. For me I see no difference in recoil between a 23 with 180grn HST and the 30s shooting 230grn HST. So if size and weight is an issue I carry the 23 with extra ammo capacity. The 30sf just shoots the 230grn great, even the +p.
If you are more interested in concealed carry guns with heavier calibers, Glock has two most suitable weapons for you: the Glock 36 and the Glock 30 Gen 4. Both guns have .45 auto caliber to ensure higher accuracy and better reliability.

18 sty 2010 · So, from what I can tell, the two major differences are the width and the weight. My question is: do these dimensions make all the difference? Anyone tried both and had any strong opinions? The 36 is single stack which allows for a thinner grip. Many people who don't like the blocky Glock grips, like the 36 because of the slim grip...
26 lip 2021 · The Glock 30S, SF has a slide that is taken from the Glock 36, and it is thinner and trimmer. The nickname used by Jim Rawles for the Glock 30S is the “Glock 30-Skinny”, and it is his preferred carry gun–often with a 13-round Model 21 magazine and a “filler” ring.
1 lut 2021 · It’s honestly capacity vs. fit. The 36 is going to give you the 10rd capacity but as it is double stack, it might not fit your hand as well as the single stack 36. I have a 30SF and love it.
