16 sie 2015 · I recommend Glock's #2457 Recoil Spring Assembly (RSA) for Post#10's G23Gen2. Get two of these and plan on changing the RSA at ~3,000 rounds, or at least perform the RSA test starting around 2,500 rounds.

5 kwi 2011 · Order a 21# and 23# recoil spring set for a Glock 29/30/36 from Wolff or order stock G4 17 and 22 assembly's and take them off them. You unscrew them off and on counter-clockwise and clockwise repectively. See what works best.
21 kwi 2010 · I want to reduce the felt recoil on my Glock 23 just a tad. I primarily shoot factory 180 grain FMJ loads. I was reading an article that said for the G23 I would need to look at a spring weight between 13lb and 15lb but then I read somewhere else that heavier is better.
