11 lip 2024 · According to its 2019 edition, the global population would reach 10.9 billion by 2100 and keep growing. The 2022 revision was the first to project a peak in the 21st century. Not every country has seen a drop in projected population compared to the last edition. The chart below shows the differences between the two UN revisions, region by region.
