If a student is attending Glen Oaks Community College (GOCC), any financial aid (i.e. grants, loans, scholarships, etc.) remaining after GOCC tuition and fees are paid will go toward paying the student housing cost.
Once a resident has been assigned a tentative suite, the Student Housing fees will be charged to the student’s Glen Oaks Community College account. Payment must be received by the payment dates outlined through Nelnet, or the agreement will be cancelled and the space will be reassigned.

Incoming first year students in 2022 can expect to pay approximately $13,093 for room, board and other costs according to current movements. Two-year students would pay close to $13,336 in their final year, while bachelor's degree students will likely pay about $13,835 for their final year.
