For PVM, Lunar Isle, Waterbirth and Barrows. I disagree that you need all of them. Some teleports are redundant (Kourend Castle, Fishing Guild, Salve Graveyard once you have access to a closer fairy ring teleport). Unlocking them only serves to waste money and clutter the selection menu.

Requirements. This list is to max the room, so if you don't have the requirements to max you won't need all the items yet.
