I had trouble understanding this for a few minutes so here's an explanation for anyone who's confused: Amanda has 4 bear traps. When she puts one on a survivor's head, the game picks a number between 1 and 4. That's how many attempts it will take to get it off. Say that number was 3.
True, but that's not the place this one was given. Usually the ones that don't kill you set you free if you do them. The reverse bear trap was a punishment for not completing the requirements, which usually was death, not a test you had to endure.

Put trap on survivor while they are on the ground. It activates a timer once a gen is popped after the trap is on. Timer is 2 minutes 30 seconds until it kills the survivor i believe.
