I would say use at your own risk. I mean most virus scanner that you have on your computer will not detect the malware. 99% that there is a RAT or a keylogger in the files. last when i tried to download it i got a virus probably keylogger and after a couple days my mail got hacked.
Loading a Plug-in. Once Sapphire Plug-ins have been installed and the host application has been restarted, the new plug-ins should appear in the host application's effects menu just like any other effects. To load a plug-in in Adobe After Effects, go to the Effects menu and open one of the Sapphire folders.
