WH3 has some major improvements in coop multiplayer campaigns. It allows for up to 8 players (all other titles are limited to 2 max) and it allows for simultaneous turns for the players (previous games only one player goes at a time).

Kholek/Zhatan/Villich - pick your favorite 2 of the 3 and invade Cathay from the wall. Empire/brets have a pair in 3 locations, all are good. Dark elves/vampirates - control the seas and raid as you like
5 mar 2024 · Press the filter button to open the sidebar. Then use the radio buttons and checkboxes to disable specific campaigns, dlc, races, and lords! Once ready, close the sidebar and click the Randald's Gift button to randomly generate your faction and legendary lord!
One idea that you are able to start a multiplayer campaign where one person controls all the management and army movement on the map but then when battles occur, those could be multiplayer.
