All employers are encouraged to file their quarterly Tax and Wage Reports and pay their taxes online.

To prepare Georgia Quarterly Tax and Wage Reports: Go to Employees or On the Fly > State Tax & Wage Forms. Select State as GA. Select Form as DOL-4N. Select the appropriate filing quarter. The form will load. Review and complete the information shown on the data entry screen, making any needed changes. If e-filing, check the e-File box.
