Georgetown County Fire EMS. Founded in 1982, with roots tracing back to 1976, Georgetown County Fire EMS is built on a legacy of dedication and service. In 2005, we united two departments to create a comprehensive emergency response team that spans our beautiful coastal community.
Brian Ullom is Division Chief of Training for Georgetown County Fire & EMS. He Manages the county's firefighter recruit classes, and also maintains a running CEP program for all medically certified persons and firefighters within the program.
