In my searching I found a much easier way to get your account ID though! Just head over to this site: PSN Account ID by FlipScreen Games , type your PSN name in and vola! it gives you your ID. No, commands to run, no codes to paste. I've used this to register my PS4 and PS5.
I found that if I start steam as admin, I can use the touch to start ps4 remote play and press the connect button. But the Bluetooth xbox one controller cannot control the ps4 remote so does the ps4 game.
