Older or new, what are the really good co-op games for 2-4 people to play online together? Simple fun little games are fine, but I am really interested in finding the more in depth type of co-op games.
What are some of the best PC coop games for 2 players? Looking for something with a great story and a lengthy game. Interested in FPS or pretty much anything to be honest. I’m fairly new to pc gaming, in my 30s.
Sniper elite is pretty fun (i think 3 or 4 is the earliest one with easy to connect multiplayer), content warning is a fun goofy game (up to four players, lethal company ish), remnant from the ashes and remnant two (up to three but two is good enough (highly highly recommend))
They're RPG games with turn-based combat, a deep story, and lots of great mechanics. You can play in a party of 4 (with any number of NPCs) or pick a "Lone Wolf" Talent that gives you bonuses when you only have 1 or 2 people in your party.
My votes would be for: Nidhogg, Divekick, Monaco, Civ V, and Geometry Wars 3 Dimensions. Brothers - Tale of Two Sons was fun co-op although prob only good for a single play through which different friends. In my opinion, it doesn't work well as a co-op game. It was really designed as a single player experience. Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.
