Dagannoth are sea-based monsters that live in the Lighthouse basement (close to fairy ring code ALP) after players complete Horror from the Deep (type 1 in the table). They can also be found in the southern part of the Catacombs of Kourend, as well as the Jormungand's Prison after completion of The Fremennik Exiles (type 2 in the table).
It is now possible to unlock the chance to receive a Lizardmen slayer task from Duradel, Nieve and Chaeldar. Unlocking this task costs 75 Slayer points. Gargoyles, nechryaels, abyssal demons, spiritual mages, spiritual rangers and spiritual warriors can now be assigned by Vannaka.
In order to kill 3 (or at the very least 2) of the dagannoth kings you need, at the bare minimum: 43 prayer for all protects (though I would strongly recommend having 70 for piety if you want to kill supreme)
I was just assigned the 112 dagannoths slayer task. My stats are 60 atk 81 str 60 def 73 range. What's my best way of going about these guys? Fairly new to the game. You can either go catacombs and pray melee, but i usually go for the fast way and cannon em at the light house. I’d say go in the catacombs and kill em. What’s your magic?
