Geʽez (Ge'ez: ግዕዝ, romanized:Gəʽəz, IPA: [ˈɡɨʕɨz] ⓘ) is a script used as an abugida (alphasyllabary) for several Afro-Asiatic and Nilo-Saharan languages of Ethiopia and Eritrea.
