Gedung perkantoran ini mempunyai 46 lantai di atas dan 2 lantai di bawah tanah dengan luas lantai 125.869 m². Lantai yang berjumlah 46 tersebut melambangkan tahun berdirinya Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), yakni tahun 1946.
