To get Gear Fifth, you get it by taking on the Aokiji Raid with a 4% chance of dropping the Permission Scroll, once you have it, make sure you have the Rubber Fruit with Gear Second and Gear Fourth and then use it. You then need to awaken the moves for 12000 Gems in total (1500 each move), at the Gem Merchant in Logue Town or Sengoku's Domain.
G2 is obtainable by killing luffy at strawhat island. Droprate is currently around 2-5%. Luffys hp is around 500K so id recommend a strong fruit to end him and get gear second on other notes the moves are just the same but a bit more damage and a bit more speed.

The Rubber Fruit does not have Gear Fifth initially. To get Gear Fifth, you get it by taking on the Aokiji Raid with a 1% chance of dropping the Permission Scroll (2% with 2x gears). You become a giant and stomp your foot on the ground. You clap using giant hands.
